Over a thousand square metres of concrete ground to a terrazzo-like shine — stripped back from carpet and adhesive, in an occupied building, out of hours.
Pall Mall Deposit is a Workspace building in Notting Hill. The floors were buried under carpet, tile adhesive and self-levelling compound, and the building stayed occupied throughout — so the work had to happen out of hours, phased across 2022 and 2023.
We stripped every layer back to the original concrete, then ground and polished it across more than 1,000m². Working nights and around tenants, we brought a tired, covered slab back to a gorgeous, terrazzo-like polished finish.
A characterful polished-concrete floor across a whole commercial building — delivered at scale without ever closing the building down.
