Lotus Cars, London HQ

Hardcrete microcement 3mm120HQ entrance

The entrance to Lotus's London HQ — one seamless run of Hardcrete microcement, trowelled over three different substrates.

The arrival space at Lotus Cars' London HQ (18 Vine Hill, Farringdon), delivered for Modus. The floor had to read as one continuous surface — but underneath it ran across three completely different substrates: concrete, metal and timber.

We applied Hardcrete at just 3mm, trowelled tight over all three bases, managing the movement and detailing so the joins never telegraph through. Finished dark, it wraps the entrance as a single, uninterrupted plane.

A seamless microcement floor that hides its own complexity — three substrates, one flawless surface, at the doorway to a performance-car brand.
